Vox - Roz Abrey

I started singing when I was about 11, and it all began at a school play. They needed someone to sing lead vocals for the songs. I remember sitting and watching people audition and getting frustrated that they were too scared to sing properly, so I got up and showed them how it was done, getting the part in the process!!

I'm currently at New College Swindon studying a variety of subjects (Health and Social care, Music Tech, Drama and Maths). Most of my time is spent doing  not alot actually!! I always stay up too late and sleep in, oh and laughing so hard that it hurts is the best!! One last thing: I owe alot to Kayleigh regarding getting me back into singing. Tank you :)

Guitar - Tom Wilson (a.k.a Thom Wilsone)

Tom

Now fellas! Whats cooler than being cool?! THOM WILSONE!
Now ladies! Shake it like a polaroid picture!
Yes fans, it is I... Thom Wilsone... here for all your coolness needs. Raising the cool level in bands everywhere.

Hey! When im not being Thom Wilsone (my rock and roll ego... 'when thom wilsone checks into a hotel he gets a room for himself, a room for his ego and an entire floor for his genitalia') im busy being tom wilson... ive been playing guitar for aaaaaages now and still loving every minute. You may recognise me from holmes music where i work as *puts hands on hips* SATURDAY BOY!

Im at new college studying physics maths and music technology.
i love my strat... lovely strat.... hmmmmm........

Peace out you mother f**king mother f**kers       (can i say that? maybe brothers of another mother)

Guitar - Andy Smith

Andy

Where to start... I'm a 17 year old college student who likes to play guitar?! I have been playing since I was about 13-14 something like that, and I have loved it since the day I started. Actually I have always loved performing, whether it violin which I used to do when I was a wee nipper, or drums which I went through a few years of playing before I ended up on guitar. For me, playing is the only thing that is always a guaranteed cheering up if I need it, which is nice!

Anyway I was born in London and my family moved to Swindon when I was like 2 years old, and Swindon is where i've been ever since, going through the Park South education system, then moving to Churchfields and now New College where I'm taking Electronics, Music Tech and Geography A levels. Anyways I can tell your getting bored so I'll leave you to look around the site, hope you like it!

Bass - Dave Hiscock (a.k.a Emo Dave)

So here goes...Im an 18 year old A-level student at ridgeway sixth form. I've played bass in this wonderful band since it began way back in September 2003, and I started playing bass in december 2002. Basically I've lived in this area (he means Swindon - Andy) my whole life, and kinda cant wait to get out.

Well I guess other than playing bass I dont do a lot apart from getting drunk with my friends (and very hot girlfriend - told you I would put it in!). I cant really think of any thing else to put, so peace out peeps

Keys - Robby

Yo it's rob!!
I've been playing the keys for so long I can hardly remember when I started but I’ve only just started playing in bands.  I'm the baby of the group I’m only an ickle year 11 which is lush cuz while the rest of the band is at college working I get a 12 week holiday (study leave) wooooooooooooo! (edit by Andy - College students get at least that much study leave too) Anyway I’m not really sure what to write, my life isn't really that wonderfully exciting (but I’m still cool!), I think I’ll just be melodramatic. No one appreciates my work I'm so alone, I slave away for this band and they don't even invite me to record another way with them. My whole band is fucking off to uni next year
and what do I get. I get to be taught maths and biology by my parents at new college arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Well I’m glad that’s over.  It would have been embarrassing if I’d have written something like that!
      OK see ya later

Drums - Will Reynolds

Gravity...you know what gravity is? Well I'll tell you peeps, it's a force...a force that holds the universe together and makes things work! Now replace the word universe with great rock band and the word gravity with drummer...and you see what I'm getting at.

At the moment I'm studying Maths, Physics, Chemistry (hence the ego) and of course Music Technology. I've been drumming for about 7 years, and it all started way back in the days of year 7, in the legendary school of Churchfields. I have played in lots of different bands including a junior wind band, a jazz band and in 2002 my first rock band called Naked Tuesday. Anyways a year later we split up and in September 2003, Seven Storey Ruin began!!

My influences are all great drummers, and of course my drum teacher Andy Wraight (who deserves a shout out for putting up with me for 5 years!). I'm also influenced by bands such as P.O.D, Linkin Park, Lostprophets and of course the mighty Iron Maiden (OBVIOUSLY - quote courtesy of Jess 'the babe') who got me into rock music.

That's about it, except to say that...I feel so alive...I'm crawling in my skin...RUN TO THE HILLS...and...Pink isn't a colour, it's a shade!!!

And of course we can't forget Mr. P, without whom we wouldn't be anywhere near as good as we like to think we are!

Mr. P

Andre
